Was at a fin planning conference today in Melb and the BT, Perpertual and Black Rock Eco's all shared the same sentiments and are steering clear from LPT's at present as they are expecting further writedowns and did mention that more than half of the LPTS wont be around in 12 months-18 months time. They are however cashed up and ready to pounce for bargains.
Orbis obviously dont share the same sentiments. Why?
I will continue to hold my 1mil shares.
