Just wondering in this market, who out there would have the funds to buy the properties even at the lower prices?
The banks? Wouldn't they prefer to remain on the lending side with existing REITs, provided payments are still being meet? Or are they just going to lend more money to allow the better positioned REITs to pick the bargains?
To me it just means the dividend payments may not be like the previous years (or not at all for sometime yet).
