I saw a lot of groups over there mid last month. Surprisingly, there is still plenty of deep pockets left in Saudi - mostly family offices who accrued during the oil boom and held back on investment. Patches of interest in Abu Dhabi and Qatar. Kuwait, Dubai and Bahrain have completely (ahem) dried up.
Depending how long you have been in the UK I would stick around for a while if you can stand it. When it fires up it will be a career boost. Anyway, there aren't that many jobs in Australia are there?
What do you mean Germany and possibly Australia will be the big ones for the UK? Do you mean inward investment into UK real estate?
