For the Nasdaq IPO Renergen were hoping for a maximum of about 67.5m shares to raise US150m. So about AUD3.52/share.

Then longterm Phase 2 ebitda projections are about AUD500m/yr. So the goal is to minimise dilution along the way currently at about 141m shares. If the Nasdaq IPO can be done with 67.5m shares that'll be about 210m shares at that stage. With further about US200m to be raised 1-2 years later hopefully at a higher shareprice being closer to Phase 2 production. ebitda of AUD500m/yr and 250m shares on issue would be fantastic down the line if it can be pulled off

Solgroup will bring alot of value and benefit to Renergen and therefore Renergen could potentially be selling Tetra4 at a reduced price due to the bigger picture

61*1.58*9=867.5/140=AUD6.2 (matchbox maths)

All speculation of course
