There are no customers, no one has recieved LNG product.
There are prospective customers.
Those prospective customers have not been breaking into a sweat to install infrastructre.
Some might be, but it appears that at least, transport is not.
Do we need all prospective customers ready to recieve product?
I would say yes, other wise we would be servicing those customers that are prepared.
Are there any customers prepared?
Which leads to why not? Is there a sufficient benefit?
Why has the coordination fallen down?
Excess Helium...
I really doubt it is from production.
If I remember correctly, Helium was purchased to purge something or other ready for start up.
Maybe this helium is the Excess from that process.
