Potentially limited share dilution going forward if funds are predominantly raised this way

Potentially no need to pay off further loans and interest when raising funds this way

If the reserve update of helium is worth tens of billions of inground value such as 100bcf x US$280mcf = US$28b than this initial raise would only use a small fraction of the reserves. Also noting global helium usage is about 6bcf per year. Also some helium spot prices are over US$1000/mcf.

Sounds bullish to me!!
