According to the latest investor update, the token for USD 25 million could finance up to 40 of the 290 wells to be drilled as well as gas gathering systems and the plant (slides 16, 19).
if one token = 1mcf, 25 million USD are raised, and the initial token price is USD 230, that makes roughly 108,700 mcf of Helium concerned by this token issuance. This is roughly 0,1 bcf.
USD 600 million would „cost“ around 2.6 bcf at these price levels. So a lot will depend on the reserve update…
And how well the market absorbs the first round of tokens.

In addition, the renting out of the Cryo-Vacc containers for a fixed monthly rate are also supposed generate additional revenues at some point (slide 9). I supposed that these revenues might also be reinvested into the plant.
There we don’t have any price and timing indications however. Maybe they could even sell that Cryo-Vacc business at one point once its viability has been proven.
