Mate, this is a spec stock, so unless you've got insider information, it's all suspicions. All I know is that we've been "imminently" waiting to officially turn on the plant since the end of April, and our customers would be ready by the end of July. We're well into August now without an update, so I do suspect something is going on, yes...
