    I was pretty sure it would be scaled back. I just presumed all applications would be scaled back by the same %.

    I have a lot of Cxo mates who have applied for this IPO.
    Stephen Biggins has done such an incredible job with Cxo whilst all the stars have aligned. No surprise this has been oversubscribed.
