stelep7 .rock bottom now 3.6?

Thats a big post stelep7,from my perspective,the chart tells me that this is rock bottom at 3.6,although as in nearly all rights issues shares dont move up much,I dont think you will be disappointed by April, May or so.I got 350thou and will snatch up my entitlement. I dont want to post much on ihg till February when I expect this stock to move up.
