Really don't care either way what happens because none of us will ever see another cent from this debacle, however CVC would have conducted some type of due diligence innitially back in mid 2007. When they were scrutinising the balance sheets, they would have been exposed to dodgy figures anyway as the company according to reports should never have been trading in early 2007. So you have this genius known as CVC checking out the MFS figures which are audited by one of the most respectful accounting international firms which reports back to ASIC. SAY NO MORE.
The property market may not be performing presently but at least I can drive pass my investments & see they still exist.
