I have just a terrible thought that the information that I am relying on ...is faulty..or out of date..


Whatever the true situation ..at least PTQ is still there
defending the note holders position...with strong legal representation.

I also read that ASIC dont step in until all other legal proceedings are over..something like that...and that sort of stance makes sense to me...why waste tax payers money when others can clarify their position first and perhaps reveal detail to help ASIC clean up at the end...
Just a thought..Hope? but definitely not able to confirm it.

Reading the annual report for PIF on NSX under code PIN..
still isnt very specific for a dummy like me..but that must be all that is required.

I recently read an article about a fund that listed like PIF and then reversed into an asset to list that and bring profit from that listing back to the fund...so there are all sorts of ways that things might go forward....Ways that I for one would not understand or foresee..
