A forecast EBITA of $210m on an entity that cost $2.2b to put together. That's very low isn't it? Or can it be justified in that synergies of the business were still evolving?

So let me get this straight. Not only does OCV owe a $1bn but Stella owes $1.9bn. Wow! That can't be right. Or has CVC saddled Stella with debt like OCV raided PIF?
