Just get over it !

MFS got the best price they could and given the circumstances they were lucky CVC had already carried out the due diligence in order to make a speedy purchase.

The price paid is only 5% less than they offered 6 months ago. They could have just waited until an administrator was appointed and probably got the grab bag of assets that Stella is for even less.

MFS is now in a position to salvage some value. The alternative was shareholders would get nothing.
