    MJS, I also hold ( got in just before suspension)what IP2 stated is harsh but he might be right as u say. what MFS sould have done, since they were delisted anyway is not accept SUCH a low offer for stella.The sale should be stoped (if possilble) and renegotiate a better deal.(Imagine being that bloke who owns 42mil shares and seeing his money go down the drain like that).We'll just have to wait & see.
