Chris Scott would have contacted the best corporate lawyers on this planet as he has absolutely everything to lose. Sure for arguements sake why wasn't he heard of in the last 3 weeks when the cards were falling, however at least the shareholders may have a glimmer of hope now. The other issue is the margin calls on the other directors - they are more then happy, wasting time, raising their own capital and maybe doing some job searching.
