About the stella sale, sold 65% I thought for $400m or so, this gives a value for stella as a whole of $630m or so. not sure how you get $1.4b as enterprise value.

As to the funds bsuniess it depends on an gurantees and other complexities provided my MFS and the position of those. I have my theory as to how and why they set these structures up but many will complain that I dont understand.
