maybe more could have been realised for Stella if sold in its component parts, maybe not, but clearly the lenders would not allow for that. If the sale by the company is called to account (no shareholder approval) it's likely the lender could formally force (power of sale, external administrator etc).......we probably have present defacto external administration achieving fire sales instead of firestorm - softening the train crash. Did you like the way UBS boasted about getting its $ !?
