You might be right about having enough now to pay back the short term debt - I suppose it depends on whether they're dipping into their cash reserves or if they have sold further assets they still haven't disclosed.

Clearly they need to sell part of Stella to reduce the company's overall indebtedness, I just hope they keep back a reasonable stake which will at least leave some value left in the company and the possibility, with CVC being a powerful co-owner, of it growing the business and therefore returns.
