Yeah, the ETF turns over a couple of million each day, and has a narrow spread. Its an ETF, so Vanguard have to create buy and sells to keep it tracking the high yield index. I've brought and sold tons, easily. 8.15% yield currently.
CDM appears expensive now, 5pc above NTA, but you pay for quality.
