the guy really does have a hard task ahead of him. Only 1 year in, 2 wars worst financial catastrophe in 80 yrs and people still throw stones as to why he hasnt 'fixed' it yet
he is trying.. but i do object to him saying that he will rein in spending while allowing his defence/war machine to spend as needed. This will more then negate the savings and essentially do zero to reduce the deficit
The American citizens are still of the opinion, which is utterly ingrained to their society, that they are entitled to have more and more, and not have any tax raised on them to pay for it. so they borrow to make the difference this needs to be changed to reverse the rot
