Implied in his comment UT is the inherent lack of experiencing satisfaction that comes from doing some manual work especially if it is your own. Those who believe sitting behind a computer cut and pasting second hand regurgitated articles are no different to those who are amongst the most gullible in Society.
So much talk on this site about the savvy renter when in fact what really happens with the pay cheque is ....ah well duh we have enough for 3 cartons and the rest, little short on the rent, will go and pawn some tools or equipment , maybe sell that gold chain that Mum has forgotten about, take Mon off - little hungover, .............Endemic in this country and these are the people who will educate us. Germany so many rent because it is a vibrant economy and no one can afford and funny how prices there aren't plunging as in this economy.
All this is quite evidently a massive cop out for those with a poor work ethic. When you rent you work for the man and when you get home you pay the man!
