Quite right Nazzy , that was one of a number and this process can only really be comprehended by those who tried to understand and work the play as opposed to perpetually whingeing and wondering why the world passes them by.
I must stress that my comments are in the light of the article written minimizing property's performance. Actually shows how little these experts know. I personally was advised by my so called advisor to ditch 4 IPs - I would hate to think how destructive that would have been at the time as that crap advice was given months before it all went ballistic.
Now the scenario has changed and it all is not that easy anymore and one has to be damn selective and have a good strategy in place.
