Totally theoretical garbage. I can find properties that have performed 1000's % if totally negatively geared. Again purely theoretical nonsense. Try and 100% negatively gear shares and sleep well at night as we did with properties in the halcyon days. Crop of young journos spouting rubbish to make a point. A lot of the expensive real estate went to the dogs thanks to the margin calls a la the GFC and that would derail the blinding assumptions made in that article.
