It shouldn't be predictable in even vaguely-efficient mkts, but sadly it is that repetitive isn't it? Wait for the exuberance to run out, even short it if you dare, give it 2-4 years on delays from talk-it-up, but tardy/crap management, wait for a few capital raises (obviously amplified massively in this era by wider higher cost of capital) and all the hasty money to exit, and be left with suffering (and I feel very sorry for them) true believers and long-term holders and then buy-in when they finally appear about to deliver what they should have years ago.

CYP probably soon to deliver some decent initial DFU results (you surely have to expect from this price move some chatter leaked) and get fickle mkts interested again, leading then into full results and perhaps some full recruitment initial news on Sculptor. Hopefully beginnings of a long up-swing after a 4 1/2 year down-swing.

CYP is now my 2nd biggest dollar value position in my portfolio, remarkably, from very good levels.

I fear I bought a lot of stock from an old friend (?) of some on here, who bailed after years of being the spokesperson for all things CYP (at least the MSBer's he antagonised mostly gone from these threads).
