Possibly, I believe we could benefit from a restructure.
The business is now at a stage where separate business units with defined responsibilities and management could be a significant benefit and provide greater focus going forward.
I could see three separate units each requiring different management skill sets:
1 - Research
2 - Manufacturing
3 - Commercial operations
