I've written extensively about the progression of autologous stem cell approvals and industry in the hematopoietic stem treatment of blood cancers like Leukemia, contrary to the popular narrative of the FDA being dead-set against stem-cells - allogeneic approval has lagged, most obviously with MSB.
Along with previously mentioned Aphexda, the autologous stem cell industry in the US is progressing commercially into wider supportive commercial realms with it clearly evolving into a standard of care treatment, rather than a purely novel treatment.
