Funnily enough PNV saw Directors buy yesterday and rallied today. There is a bio-tech stock hit hard, that has gone from $4 to $0.84 cents in the space of 16 months. It's a nice insider information signal when it happens. I did say the same thing last year. OCC directors did not buy, but they did at least put their call options well out of the money (and then awarded themselves in number given the lower delta/implied probability). They wouldn't unless they were fairly confident of a price rise.
OCC has used PNV as a model of itself in the past. Even if just a few hundred thousand, it would be nice to see its own exec' staff signalling the market with some buys themselves. I wouldn't hold your breath though....
