Don't forget the unique characteristic of our MPCs - they don't provoke an immune response*, so totally useless as a vaccine!
The whole cancer thing around iPSCs depends on their expression of immunogenic surface antigens shared with cancer cells.
* in fact they do show an antibody response, but minor and patchy
