The key issue with CYP is they don't actually own the technology at all, in fact they have a license with the individuals that invented the tech. This is very different to buying full rights to an application like MSB has with Osiris.
How would you value potentially losing your rights by I believe early 2030... would someone buy something with that short of timespan. I found the whole arrangement very strange personally. What do you think @madamswer is that cash flow positive?
