I understand how you can say that your order was filled via a comsec receipt, but I don't know how you can say it wasn't in the buy/sell list.

If I was buying say 20 shares, then they might come up in one transaction, but they may also come up as a 15 followed by a 3 and then a 2.

In your case, probably more likely to be 20 million. However, it is unlikely to be in one transaction. It depends how many are left over on the sell side, so maybe 1 mill, then 16 mill, then 3 mill.

Or maybe I'm talking rubbish and there is some grand scheme at work.
