WPL announced this morning in response to the coup news that drilling is continuing -

The Stena Tay rig is in the final stages of completing a well suspension, while the
West Navigator is installing a development well, he added."

So the Stena Tay is finishing the injector well and Sotto hasn't spudded yet, but it is close.
