    IMO its graphically undervalued also (MACD, median averages, bolliger bands and DMS) and is in the lower third of the standard deiation channel.

    IMHO with the above articles you can see why the SP has been pacing away.

    I don't mean to ramp, but DYOR and look at what Jubilee has going for them.
