Thanks for the article K, very interesting. May be right about a longer wait. Will depend on the impact of other factors, as the article flags. Like many, I am confident it will happen, just not sure when. The other factor in the short term is, as we know, that PEN has contracts that should make it profitable in the short term. How they may also impact their price, but I don't think it will bring the big payoff, that's about the U price.
