    Anyone care to comment on the notable lack of commentary surrounding Stage 1 production? Having a fair amount of experience in this phase of project development, I would expect PEN to be broadcasting any half decent commissioning outcome. Apart from a few vague statements in the most recent announcements, nothing of substance has been published. FWIW, I held PEN until recently.
