FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA APPROVES CORVETTE RESOURCES LIMITED SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT FOR MERGER WITH TIANSHAN GOLDFIELDS LIMITED
The Federal Court of Australia has today approved the scheme of arrangement between Corvette Resources Limited (Corvette) and its shareholders.
Corvette shareholders voted to approve the scheme of arrangement on 28 January 2010, as announced by Corvette on that date.
Corvette will now proceed to extract the order from the Federal Court of Australia and lodge a copy of the court order with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
Upon lodgement of the order with ASIC, the scheme will become legally effective.
Corvette anticipates that it will release an announcement on 10 February 2010 confirming that the order has been lodged with ASIC and informing security holders of the Record Date for determining entitlements to shares in Tianshan Goldfields Limited, as well as the ensuing dates for the implementation of the scheme.



So... This is all going really well.
