Thanks BR, didn't know that bit of ALDP criteria existed. Would that be then that an ALDP applicant must show they have access to LV land for a demo only or for the whole project, which in Exergen's case is about 1 billion tonnes.
Could have been a rather limiting factor on who could successfully apply for ALDP. No access to LV equals no application. Not exactly a fair an open process. Many overseas techs might have been left out of the picture in that regard
