Hmmm, sounds like there might be even more delays on the S7 process BR. That's the frustrating thing about being so reliant on governments - they can be sooooo sloooooooow.
You'd think the state gov would want to pull their finger out given how poorly they are doing in the polls etc, but perhaps they want to wait until closer to the next election (Nov 2014?).
