Relying on g'ment dept's always worried me re the timing of this.
From the 1st day I jointed local g'ment (ex mining) I was gob-smacked how dysfuntional they are. Some staff do their job the way that they think it should be done, not necessarily the right way. Every quote/tender they receive they select by costs (lowest), not quality, long term impact or anything else. Some decision makers have been there all their working life.

The options will be under pressure to deliver me thinks.
I might have to move my script from the 2nd drawer to the 3rd.
