HI Semi - I couldn't find that excerpt in the 2016 Annual Report - the excerpt is contained, however, in the Announcement on the 6 January 2016, advising on revised terms of the DiaSource acquisition. This advice provides details on the payment of the deferred component only and includes the references to the conversion was you have stated.
There is no information I can find with tells us the details for the calculation of shares as part of the ear-out payment.
