To be clear from my earlier post - the deferred component due to DiaSource vendors was to be paid in 8 installments over 4 years attracting interest.
The vendors had the choice to take this payment in shares at the conversion term stated with a floor price of 15c.
The earnout is completely different and has 20% to be taken in shares but with no information on the calculation to determine how many shares the 20% payment represented
