am tripping the globe fantastic atm, so only got to this news late. imho this is a good thing that the sale has happened, as something that is a drain on debt is being removed from the books.
yes, even tho it's 'bottom of the market', i also note that refinancing of that particular tranche is due 'soon'. they are taking the right moves in risk managing their debt rollover.
