Aaah Captain, its an interesting time indeed
I see as Toph has posted that Clive Jones sold 2 mill shares, to pay for exercising his 4.6 mill options plus taxes etc.
So that makes up 2 mill of the 3.5 mill special crossing. So where did the other 1.5mill come from? Maybe might see another director selling 1.5 mill for oppie conversion & tax.
The big question is: WHO BOUGHT THEM? It must be someone who has been in recent discussion with management, and someone that they to see the shares go to as a positive for the company.
MmmmH? Now who clould that be?
