Today's Financial Review (page 51 - letters to the Editor)has an article by Stephen Mayne a well known shareholder activist. The article refers to the substantial dilution of retail shareholders which has occurred over the last 12 months orchestrated by NAB.
It looks as though Stephen will be running for the board on a pro retail shareholder platform given the poor form by Nab's board in the recent spp.
What an opportunity for shareholders to send a message to directors regarding their actions. I encourage all NAB shareholders to vote.
