it could be anything but here are 3 possible scenarios
1. Just normal market buying selling
Probability: Unlikely Buy and Sell orders are way too neat and round even for a 1c spec
2. buying selling designed to assit accumulation or dumping
Probability: Given a director has bought 3M shares recently there is a far greater chance of something positive in the wings than something negative. The fact is if something bad was company directors would sell or at the very least do nothing rather than tip more money into it
3. Pre-arranged buying selling between different brokers perhaps or different substantial holders
Im leaning towards theory 2 but am not holding my breath really
