    The company has been a joke. As for Stephen ... he had not purchased a single share when he was Company Sec for all those years. Anderson did not buy any ADY shares as well. Wonder why all of a sudden he has lashed out? Could it be a company loan or a condition of this most recent capital raising?

    Yes its time that a new Board be appointed. You need a local Chair and not a person on the other side of the world who never visited ADY's assets in Chile and Argentina. Had he visited Rincon maybe it would not have been sold???
