JC the problem of not getting full market attention is the current BOD track record...They don't have a house broker because of previous terrible capital management....now they do have their house in order now and their last raise was much better.....however it is difficult to change perceptions of an inadequate BOD.....one decent hire in my opinion freshens everything...they have the tools for success deserving of an upgrading at the coal face...2 years ago the flagged a chairman upgrade and nothing
