Looking a few Zinc comps, I am comfortable w/ estimating site costs around $80/t, leaving margin of $426/t+. I think someone posted an article the other day of a regional mine with 300ktpa-400ktpa throughput. Gives you an idea of potential operating cashflows per annum.
The current fully diluted enterprise value under US$30m is pretty absurd in this context.
