If this can be believed, this is the latest. The auditors have signed off on the figures but the risk assessment part of the prospectus was still to be completed but should have been done by the end of the last week. Hopefully, if this is true we should see the completed prospectus this week and it should be lodged with the CSX as well. Then 4-6 weeks after lodgement for the listing of Steppes Private Equity Partners .
Frankfurt listing for Steppes Alternative??? Don't know, except it is to follow the Steppes PE listing and I have noticed that they have been getting their paperwork up to date on the Irish Company register.
