Current news I have is that the audit report is done for Steppes PE end of June accounts and the audit report is with the Cayman Islands lawyers/ advisors for finalisation and filing.
The way I see it is if it gets filed by end September then will be trading in late October. If they miss the end of September for filing then they wont be trading this year as the accounts need to be less then 90 days old when filed and audited - so if they miss end of Sept for filing then they'll need to do it all again for end of Sept accounts.
I would advise everyone who is a shareholder to start writing/ calling anyone you know who speaks to Company management to insist the prospectus is filed by end of September.
